Kayalar Villa Booking Notes:

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is payable when booking which converts to a deposit for breakage/damage on arrival, returned a week later, at the end of your holiday. Full payment 10 weeks prior to departure.

Electricity: an allowance of of £60 a week is included in rental. This is more than sufficient to run appliances, pool and air conditioning for normal use.

Welcome pack on arrival (extra)

Payment can be by paypal or bank transfer paypal will incur additional charge.

Changeover Day:

Change over days are on a Saturday. There must be time to facilitate cleaning. Check in time from 4pm and check out time 10am.

Notes on prices:

Villa bookings are done on a first come first served basis, therefore it is important to settle a payment and secure a booking as soon as possible.
